The Steps of Enerkinetics

Enerkinetics is a simple, natural and non-invasive modality that helps enable one’s body to achieve balance (homeostasis) without the use of force, needles or drugs. In general, the body is in homeostasis when its needs are being adequately met and is functioning smoothly. In this state of balance the body has the capability to naturally heal itself.

Created in 2005, Enerkinetics was a result of 2 years of research and clinical experimentation. This learning, research and technique development is and continues to be ongoing as I strive to be better to continue to help those in need more efficiently and effectively. It is a lifelong passion!

My clients are more thoroughly analyzed than ever before, having assisted them in lessening or removing various ailments for long periods of time and in many cases completely.

What is the Enerkinetics Technique? The procedure can be broken down in three basic steps.

STEP ONE

The first step is a quick visual overview or analysis of the body. Is the body out of balance?  Yes or No, if yes, where is/are the imbalance(s).  In a quick concise assessment the entire structural system can be checked: feet, legs, hips, spine, shoulders, skull.  It is an outside to inside look of the body.

STEP TWO

The second step is the reverse.  It is an “inside to outside” look at the body which is the most ideal way for the body to heal.  The feet are used as a yes/no device which tells me if any body part is in its proper position and/or which part or area of the body needs attention.  This allows me to look at the WHOLE of our bodies: muscles, ligaments, bones, organs, and our emotional well-being.

Thus this yes/no system tells me if an area needs or does not need to be corrected and/or treated. This system is similar to muscle testing (applied kinesiology) wherein a muscle will become weak when confronted with a negative stimulus.

STEP THREE

The third step is to correct the problem(s).  When an area(s) of the body needs attention or correction, stimulating pressure points that correspond to those specific area(s) need be performed.  This is done by simply using a light pressure with one or two fingers of your practitioner.  This system is similar to acutouch or acupressure whereby using a light pressure you stimulate the specific acupuncture points that are involved.  With this technique there is no twisting, turning, cracking or use of any machines or herbs.  Your body heals itself!  Enerkinetics just brings out that expression!
